HT-85 is a mixture of two-component epoxy resins, studied for the decoration of details for metal and plastic frames. Used specifically, to fill the hollow parts with insert of logos.

Due to catalysis with hardener, high thickness layer can be obtained, with possible following surface polishing.

It can also be used as a structural adhesive to glue plastic, metal, rhinestones, etc ...

HT-85 has an excellent shine, good elasticity, resistance to solvents and resistance to yellowing at temperatures of 160 ° C.

Uso

• Mix well the resin with the hardener.
• Degassing under vacuum or heat slightly to eliminate the eventual air bubbles.
• Apply by syringe or brush.
• Heat in a fan oven applying the suggested times and temperatures:

At 130 ° C for about 10 minutes.

At 80 ° C for about 30 minutes.

At 60 ° C for about 1 hour.

At 40 ° C for about 3-4 hours.

At 30 ° C for about 7-8 hours.
